Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is entered between the data subject or controller ("you") and the studio of Bar Ben Vakil, Netter Karl 9, Tel Aviv, Israel ("the Studio"), acting as processor or sub-processor of personal data shared through the site or related services.

This DPA applies whenever the Studio processes personal data on your behalf — for instance when fulfilling orders, responding to commissions, or sending newsletters at your request.

• Order fulfilment and customer support
• Newsletter and waitlist communications (opt-in)
• Website analytics and security

Name, email address, shipping address, order history, and basic technical/usage data.

The Studio engages reputable sub-processors for hosting, payment, email delivery, and shipping. A current list is available on request from studio@barbenvakil.com. Each sub-processor is bound by data-protection obligations no less protective than this DPA.

The Studio implements appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and regular review of vendors and systems.

Where personal data is transferred outside your jurisdiction, the Studio relies on lawful transfer mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable).

The Studio assists you in responding to requests from data subjects to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of their personal data.

In the event of a personal data breach, the Studio will notify you without undue delay and provide the information reasonably needed to meet your notification obligations.

Upon termination of services, the Studio will, at your choice, delete or return personal data, unless retention is required by law.
