By using barbenvakil.com (the "site"), operated by the studio of Bar Ben Vakil at Netter Karl 9, Tel Aviv, Israel, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

All artworks, images, text, design, and content on the site are © Bar Ben Vakil. Nothing may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission. Purchasing a work does not transfer copyright; you receive ownership of the physical piece only.

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing error, suspected fraud, or unavailability. Charges are taken at the time of order via our payment processor.

Each piece is made or finished by hand in the studio. Please allow 1–4 weeks for production before shipment. Delivery times depend on destination and carrier.

Because originals and made-to-order works are produced individually, all sales are final unless the piece arrives damaged. Damage claims must be made within 7 days of delivery, with photos, to studio@barbenvakil.com.

You agree not to misuse the site — no scraping, reverse engineering, attempting to breach security, or uploading unlawful content.

The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
